*We purchased 35 Oakwood Avenue for $199,999. We have made needed repairs and are hoping to sell it for $250,000. The "no less than $210,000" gives us wiggle room on the price without having to go back through Session and a congregational meeting, making a potential buyer wait until we can have those meetings.

**Technically all property of PCUSA churches belongs to the Presbytery that the church is in; therefore all transactions must be approved by Presbytery. Our Presbytery has given the Administration Committee authorization to approve all transactions of $500,000 or less so we should get approval in 24-48 hours.
