CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Adult Topics – How does one find meaning in the midst of suffering?  When we call out, “Why me?” or, “Take this cup from me, oh God,” how do we find hope in the midst of despair? On March 14 and 21 the Rev. Brian Medkeff-Rose will guide us as we explore our own suffering and Jesus’s suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Special Lenten Sunday School Classes – The elementary classes, including the kindergarten class, are having a special series of rotating Sunday School classes on the events of Holy Week.  Each week the students will change class sites and teachers to learn about a different event in Jesus’ life in the week leading up to the Crucifixion and Resurrection.  An open house will be held on Palm Sunday, March 28, so that parents may see what their children have been doing.
