Youth Calendar

March

Wednesday, March 3 – After School Tutoring – On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, we tutor Somali students at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church from 4 - 5:30 PM. Contact Pastor Stephen for more information.

Sunday, March 7 – Hershey Bears Game – We are going to watch the Hershey Bears play Adirondack. Game time is at 5:00 PM. There are 20 tickets available. Please let Pastor Stephen know if you are interested in going as soon as possible. The cost per ticket is $10. We will leave from the church at 3:30 PM.

Wednesday, March 10 – Open House at the Youth Center from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. The cost for pizza is $3 per person and $5 for a family.

Sunday, March 14 – Sonic Run – We will meet at church at 6:00 PM to go to the new Sonic Drive-In on Linglestown Road in Harrisburg for dinner. We should be back by 8:15 PM.

Wednesday, March 17 – After School Tutoring – On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, we tutor Somali students at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church from 4 - 5:30 PM.

Friday, March 19 - Saturday, March 20 – Youth Sleep-In – We will meet at the Youth Center on Friday at 7:00 PM and will be done at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. Dinner on Friday night and a light breakfast on Saturday morning will be provided. Bring $10 for bowling.

Wednesday, March 24 – No Open House – This month, we will have Open House on the 5th Wednesday, March 31.

Sunday, March 28 – Easter Egg Hunt – After the 11:00 AM service, we will meet to put together Easter Eggs. Lunch will be provided. At 3:00 PM, we will have an Easter Egg Hunt for the children of our church.

Wednesday, March 31 – Open House at the Youth Center from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. The cost for pizza is $3 per person and $5 for a family.

April

Friday, April 2 – Carlisle Presbytery’s Good Friday Mission Day – This year, we will meet at Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church at 8:00 AM for breakfast and worship. At 9:00 AM, we will depart for our work sites. Participants should also bring their own lunches and drinks. For more information and forms, contact Pastor Stephen. Forms can also be found here. Forms need to be returned by March 29.
